Pupil Premium Survey 2018
As you are aware, at present, the academy receives a sum of money called the Pupil Premium. This funding is delegated to schools according to the number of students currently on roll who at any time in the last 6 years have received free school meals.
In order to plan the Pupil Premium spend more effectively for next year we would like to engage parents/ carers in this process. We would very much like to know how students and parents rate the Pupil Premium expenditure to date at George Salter Ormiston Academy.
I would be most grateful if parents/ carers and students could complete the online survey below. This is an opportunity for parents and students to rate the provision and also for any other comments about Pupil Premium to be made.
If you believe that something has had a big impact on improving student progress, please rate that criteria as 4 stars (Excellent); if it has contributed greatly, please rate it as a 3 stars (Very Good); if something had a good impact, please rate it 2 stars (Good) and if there has only been some limited impact from this provision, please rate it as 1 star (Fair).
The survey needs to be completed by Friday 8th June.
